Dry Hog-Plum Mukhwas

INGREDIENTS:

    • 1/2 kilo hog-plums
    • salt
    • turmeric powde

PREPARATION:

Wash hog-plums. Mix salt and turmeric powder to grated hog-plums. Dry in the sun for 6-8 days. Fill in an airtight jar.
