Corn Vegetable

INGREDIENTS:

    • 4 fresh corn cobs
    • 250 grams peas
    • 100 grams tomatoes
    • 1/2 cup coconutgrated
    • 1/2 cup cilantro leaves
    • 50 grams bell pepper
    • 2 tbsp. Grams dal flour
    • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
    • 50 grams groundnut granules
    • 1/2 tbsp. Lemon juice
    • 2 tbsp. Refined oil
    • 1 tsp. Sugar

PREPARATION:

Boil con cobs in salt water. Remove the seeds. Boil peas in soda water.

boil water and tomatoes for 5 minutes and remove the skin and cut them into pieces. Cut bell pepper into long strips.

Heat oil in a pot. Ad groundnut granules and tomato pieces. Stir for 5 minutes on a slow heat. Add 1-cup of water and bell pepper.

Heat a pot add butter-milk and mix grams dal flour. Add green chili paste, salt, sugar, corn seeds and peas. Mix with groundnut gravy and stir till thick.

While serving add lemon juice, grated coconut, cilantro leaves and spring.
