INGREDIENTS:

    • 1kilo pulp (from 2 kilo apple)
    • 1-kilo sugar
    • 6 grams citric acid
    • 1/2 tsp. Raspberry extract
    • 1 pinch red color
    • 1  1/2 grams sodium benzoate

PREPARATION:

Prepare as per mix fruit jam.
