Sambhar Masala

INGREDIENTS:

    • 200 grams urad dal
    • 50 grams urad dal
    • 200 grams dry coconut
    • 15 red chilies
    • 3 tbsp. fenugreek seeds
    • 8 tbsp. coriander seeds
    • 3 tbsp. cumin seeds
    • 7 cloves
    • 3-4 cinnamon
    • 2 bunch curry leaf

PREPARATION:

Roast both dal separately in a little oil. Grind in the mixture to granules. Wash and dry curry leaves, then roast in a little oil and grind. Roast all the other ingredients and grind. Mix them all and fill in a bottle.
