Shahi Fig


  • 250 grams dry fig
  • 1/2-cup milk,
  • 250 grams khoya
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 100 grams cashew-nut
  • 200 grams almond
  • 6-8 cardamom powder
  • 2-3 drops chocolate color
  • 2-3 drops orange color
  • 3-4 tbsp. Icing sugar


Take figs and dissolve in milk for 1 hour. Grind in the mixture.

In a frying pan melt 2 tbsp. Ghee and roast the grounded paste for 10-15 minutes. Add chocolate color and mix. Divide them into equal parts and shaped them like small cups.

Grate khoya. Ground cashew- nut to granules, grind sugar to powder. Mix all the three. Add cardamom powder and mix well to from the filling.

Dissolve icing sugar in water to form a plate. Mix orange color. Dip each almond in the paste and dry for 4-5 hours.

Take the fig cups and fill with the khoya filling by slightly pressing. Insert almond in the center of the filling.

The prepared cups will look like dip. Figs being a nourishing food, anew look will be loved by children.
