Papad Choori

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 large papads
  • 1/4 tsp. cumin seed powder
  • 4-5 pinches red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp. ghee melted

METHOD :

  1. Roast papads on stove or in micowave.
  2. Crush them to form coarse crumbs.
  3. Pour ghee and sprinkle chilli and cumin powders.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Serve as a savoury dish.

Making time: 5 minutes
Makes: 1 cup
Shelflife: 3-2 days in airtight box
