Cauliflower Paratha

INGREDIENTS:

  • 400 grams whole-wheat flour
  • 200 grams grated cauliflower
  • 2-tbsp. green chili paste
  • 1/2 cup milk cream (malai)
  • 1-tsp.soda
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • 2-tbsp
  • lemon juice
  • a pinch of asafetida
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut
  • 1/8 cup coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder

PREPARATION:

Add a little salt to grated cauliflower and drain water. Mix with the whole-wheat flour. Add chili paste, turmeric powder, asafetida and oil. Knead into the dough.

Make small balls. Roll out each ball to a tortilla having 1/2 inch thickness. Roast on griddle using a little ghee.
