Ukaada Masala

INGREDIENTS:

    • 100 grams fennel seeds
    • 50 grams liquorice
    • 75 grams cinnamon
    • 50 grams black pepper
    • 5 grams cloves
    • 50 grams dry
    • 20 grams pepper root
    • 30 grams white pepper
    • 50 grams cardamom
    • 50 grams dry

PREPARATION:

Dry all the ingredients in sun, except cardamom. Grind all. Shift and fill in bottle. Use as per one’s taste.
