Garam Masala

INGREDIENTS:

    • 200 grams dry cilantro
    • 100 grams desiccated coconut, grated
    • 10 grams bay leaf
    • 25 grams black cardamom
    • 100 grams fennel seeds
    • 25 grams cinnamon
    • 25 grams black pepper
    • 25 grams cloves
    • 200 grams cumin seeds
    • 10 grams ajama
    • 10 grams dagad flower
    • 250 grams dry red chili
    • 10 grams poppy seeds

PREPARATION:

Roast all the ingredients separately in a little oil. Grind all separately. Shift them and fill in bottle. Use as per one’s taste.
