Chat Masala

INGREDIENTS:

• 25 grams cumin seeds
• 25 grams coriander seeds

• 25 grams red chili powder
• 25 grams dry mango powder

• 10 grams black pepper powder
• salt

• 1 tbsp. black salt

PREPARATION:

Roast cumin and coriander seeds. Grind to powder. Mix all other powder. Shift them and fill in the bottle.
