Cauliflower Paratha
INGREDIENTS:
- 400 grams whole-wheat flour
- 200 grams grated cauliflower
- 2-tbsp. green chili paste
- 1/2 cup milk cream (malai)
- 1-tsp.soda
- Oil
- Salt
- 2-tbsp
- lemon juice
- a pinch of asafetida
- 1/2 cup grated coconut
- 1/8 cup coriander leaves
- 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder
PREPARATION:
Add a little salt to grated cauliflower and drain water. Mix with the whole-wheat flour. Add chili paste, turmeric powder, asafetida and oil. Knead into the dough.
Make small balls. Roll out each ball to a tortilla having 1/2 inch thickness. Roast on griddle using a little ghee.
