Papad Choori
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 large papads
- 1/4 tsp. cumin seed powder
- 4-5 pinches red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp. ghee melted
METHOD :
- Roast papads on stove or in micowave.
- Crush them to form coarse crumbs.
- Pour ghee and sprinkle chilli and cumin powders.
- Mix well.
- Serve as a savoury dish.
Making time: 5 minutes
Makes: 1 cup
Shelflife: 3-2 days in airtight box
