INGREDIENTS:
500 grams all-purpose flour
2-tsp plain yogurt
2-tbsp. Ghee
1/2 tsp baking powder
Salt
Oil
PREPARATION:
Shift flour. Boil peas and mash. Add salt, mashed peas and plain yogurt to the flour. Knead the dough with water. Cover with wet cloth and leave for 2-3 hours. Make medium balls from the dough. Roll each ball like a pancake. Make puris (fry the pancake) from the balls. Deep fry the pancakes in the warm oil on medium heat.
