Groundnut Chutney
INGREDIENTS:
200 grams groundnut 1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup red chili powder 3 tbsp. Cumin seeds powder
Salt
Roast groundnut and remove the covering. Roast sesame seeds and grind them to granules and mix red chili powder, salt and cumin seeds powder.
This chutney can stay for 2-3 months.
Raw 1/2 mango chutney
Ingredients:
1 small raw mango 2-3 green chilies
4-5 tbsp. Sugar 3 tbsp. Cumin seeds
Salt 1/2 tsp. Turmeric powder
cut raw mango and into small pieces and add all the ingredients and make to paste. This chutney helps from sunstroke.
