I am sorry to inform you that the renowned Jain leader Mr Nirmal Kumar Sethi passed away on 27/04/2021.
I’m in short of words to explain what a great loss it is to the entire Jain society, especially for the Digambar samaj he is irreplaceable. He was the President of All India Digambar Mahasabha. His mission to explore the spread of Jainism outside India in ancient times, his visits country to country, funding researches, conducting seminars & webinars, inviting scholars from different countries, dedicating all his life and savings for Jainism – will stand as an extraordinary example in today’s world. I saw him as the only leader in Jains to have taken so much interest in Jain archaeology. He will be truly missed.

अत्यंत दुख के साथ सूचित करना है कि श्री निर्मल कुमार जी सेठी (जैन) राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष, दिगंबर जैन महासभा का आज रात्रि 27/04/2021 परलोक गमन हो गया है।
टीएमयू हॉस्पिटल के सीनियर डॉक्टर्स ने पूरे मनोयोग, श्रद्धा एवं समर्पित भाव से दिन रात चिकित्सा सेवा की। फलस्वरूप उन्होंने अपने सभी रिश्तेदारों एवं साथियों के साथ एक वेबीनार मीटिंग भी की। परन्तु विधि का विधान कुछ और ही था और उसी रात उनकी तबीयत ज्यादा खराब हो गई तथा उनको आईसीयू में शिफ्ट करना पड़ा। जहां उनको आधुनिकतम चिकित्सा सेवा पद्धति दिये जाने के बाद भी हम इस महान विभूति को बचा नहीं पाए।
