Prepare plain yogurt. Take puries and add channa, sprouted moong, and tamarind chutney. Then add plain yogurt and sprinkle with salt, red chili powder, cumin seeds powder and cilantro leaves and serve.
Heat a pot add butter-milk and mix grams dal flour. Add green chili paste, salt, sugar, corn seeds and peas. Mix with groundnut gravy and stir till thick.
While serving add lemon juice, grated coconut, cilantro leaves and spring.
