MAWA SANDWICH


 

INGREDIENTS:

1 loaf of bread      400 grams ricota cheese

1 1/2-cup water      1 1/2-cup sugar

2-tbsp. powder sugar      1-tbsp. almond

1-tbsp. Pistachio      1-tbsp. cardamom powder.

 

PREPARATION:

Cut off the brown edges of the bread. Divide the slice into two. Melt ghee and fry bread slices until they are brown.

Mix sugar and water. Boil the syrup until 2 tar (makes two threads when pressed between two fingers) consistency. Let the syrup cool. Soak bread in the syrup and remove.

Mix ricota cheese with powdered sugar, almond, pistachio and cardamom. Mix well. Spread the mixture on the fried and sweetened bread slices and press slightly. Decorate with.
