BADAMPAK


 

Ingredients:

250 grams almond,

100 grams khoya,

3 tbsp. Milk,

 2-tsp. Saffron,

 5-6 cardamom powder,

 1/2 nutmeg powder,

100 grams sugar.

 

Preparation:

 

soak almond in warm water. After 1/2 hour remove the skin and grind to granules in the kitchen master. Soaked saffron in milk.

in a pot take sugar and add water till it sinks. Boil for 2-tar.

in another pot take almond and ghee. Roast for 5 minutes. Mix saffron, cardamom and nutmeg powder, add grated khoya, roast for 5 minutes and mix with the syrup. When it leaves in a side of the pot, pour contents in a greased thali. When cool cut and fill in the container.
