PUNJABI GARAM MASALA


 

10 grams cinnamon,      25 grams cumin seeds,

10 grams bay leaf,      10-12 green cardamom,

5-6 black cardamom,      10 grams coriander seeds.

Roast all the ingredients separately. When cool grind. Shift them and fill in bottle. Use only after green masalas.
