100 grams parched rice (poha) ½ lbs peas
3-4 tbsp. -green chili paste 2 to3-bread slice
Salt 2-tsp. sugar
1 lemon juice 1 pinch asafetida
¼-cup coconut grated ¼-cup cilantro leaves
Oil for frying
Boil peas in a pressure cooker.
Soak parched rice for 1/2 hour. Mix -green chili paste, salt, bread slices and mash. Mix well and divide it into equal parts.
Mix peas, grated coconut, salt, sugar, green chili paste, lemon juice and cilantro leaves. Mix well and divide it into equal parts. Take mixture in the palms and press. Put peas mixer and cover. Make into round balls.
Take oil in a frying pan and fry them.
