CHILLI PICKLE


Ingredients:

1 kilo green chilies      25 grams turmeric powder

150 grams mustard seeds powder      200 grams salt

Oil

 

PREPARATION:

Wash and dry green chilies. Cut the chilies on one side.

Mix salt, turmeric powder, mustard seeds and oil. Fill this masala in each chilies. Press and fill.

Fill them in a jar. Add lemon juice.

The pickle is ready to serve.
