CHHUNDA


Ingredients:

6 big raw mangoes      4 big tsp. red chili powder

1 small tsp. Salt      2 big tsp. cumin seeds

Sugar as required

 

Preparation:

Wash and peel raw mangoes. Grate them. Mix salt and keep for 3-4

Hours.

Add 3- cup sugar to 2 cup grated raw mango.

Mix raw mango and sugar in a pot. Tie a thin cloth over the pot and keep in the sunlight. Mix everyday, and keep in the sunlight till it attains 2- tar. Mix red chili powder. Half grounded cumin seeds. Mix well. Fill in the jar.
