PUNA-PARAG MUKHWAS


 

2 tbsp. dhania dal,       2 tbsp. poppy seeds,

2 tbsp. fennel seeds,      2 tbsp. betel nut sali,

2 tbsp. sugar powder,      2 tbsp. jintan,

1 tbsp. hari patti,      1 tbsp. magjtari seeds,

4-5 drops rose extract,      hitamoti masala and menthol.

Mix all the ingredients.
