MASALA DRIED DATE
100 grams dried date, 1 tbsp. cumin seeds powder,
1 tbsp. pomegranate seeds, 1 tbsp. dry mango powder,
1 tbsp. luckhnowi fennel seeds, 15-20 jeeragoli,
1 1/2-tsp. lemon juice and salt.
Soak dried dates in mixture of lemon juice and salt for 24 hours (winter 48 hours). Stir in between the dates. Squeeze the dates.
Roast and grind cumin seeds, pomegranate seeds and fennel seeds. Mix salt, jeeragoli and dry mango powder in 1/2 lemon juice.
Remove seeds from the dates and fill with the mixture. Spread the mixture on top also. Leave to dry in sun for 3-4 hours. Cut into pieces and serve.
