DRY-FRUIT MUKHWAS


 

2 cup mixed (walnut, almond, pistachio, cashew-nut, raisins),

1/4-cup dhania dal,      1/2-cup culcatti fennel,

1/4-cup desiccated coconut (grated),      1/2-cup sugar powder,

1 tbsp. hari patti,      menthol and hiramoti masalas.

Grind dhania dal and fennel seeds to small granules. Chop dry fruits into small pieces. Mix all the ingredients with menthol and hitamoti masala.
