MANGO JAM


Ingredients:

1-kilo pulp (10 mango juice)      750 grams sugar

4 grams citric acid      1 pinch saffron color

1 grams sodium benzoate

 

Preparation:

prepare as per mix fruit jam only. Make juice and directly add sugar and boil.
