PYASAM


 

INGREDIENTS:

500 grams rice      3/4 cup ghee

2-tbsp. Sugar

brown sugar (brown sugar)      1 grated coconut

25-30 raisins

2-tsp. honey10-12 cardamom powder.

 

PREPARATION:

Soak rice in the water for 1/2 hour. Cook rice when it is half cooked remove.

Dissolve brown sugar in a little water. Add this to the cooked rice. Stir until it thickens.

Heat ghee in a pot. Fry raisins in ghee add brown sugar rice, grated coconut, honey and cardamom powder. Mix well and serve.
