INGREDIENTS:
1 kilo rice 2 grated coconuts
sugar salt
PREPARATION:
Wash rice and dry in the sun. Grind to make the rice flour.
Add the salt and cook the flour with enough water. Cool it. Knead the flour to make the smooth dough.
Take a large pot. Place a ring in it. Pour enough water and boil it. Place an empty tray over the ring. Spread a wet cloth and make sev (like spaghetti) from the dough. Cover with the lid and steam for 5 minutes.
Spread in a plate and sprinkle a little sugar solution. Mix with grated coconut. Serve with chutney.
