4-cup wheat flour
1-cup plain yogurt
1-tsp. baking powder
Shift flour. Add salt, baking powder, ghee and plain yogurt. Knead the dough with water. Cover with wet cloth and leave for 2-3 hours.
Heat the griddle. Make equal small balls from the dough. Roll it in a circle shape. Spread water on the griddle and paste roti over it. Keep the roti side griddle on heat. Flip the griddle straight and roast roti on both sides. Remove and serve with butter.
