LOTUS STEM VEGETABLES


 

INGREDIENTS:

300 grams lotus stems      2 tomatoes

2-tsp. red chili powder      1-tbsp. pomegranate seeds

1-tbsp. cumin seeds      paneer

salt

 

 

PREPARATION:

Lotus stems are peeled and chopped into fine pieces. Boil them and fry in ghee.

Roast pomegranate seeds and cumin seeds in a little ghee. Add tomatoes. Stir and add salt and red chili powder. Grind to paste.

Cook the paste in a pot. Add fried lotus stems and paneer. Mix and serve.
