STRAWBERRY ICE-CREAM


 

INGREDIENTS:

1 quart milk      1-cup condensed milk

1-tsp. red color      1-tsp. strawberry extract

4 tbsp. Sugar      200 grams cream

1-tsp. Butter      1-tbsp. corn meal powder

 

 

PREPARATION:

Heat milk in a pot. Mix corn flour in 1-cup cold milk. When the milk starts to boil, lower the heat and add cold milk. Boil for 2 minutes. Remove, when cools add condensed milk, butter, extract, cream and color. Churn the mixture.

Put the milk in the airtight container. Keep in a deep freezer. When it is solid, remove and let it malt to the liquid.

Freeze it again. It can be used any time after 5-6 hours.
