CHOCOLATE TOPPING


INGREDIENTS:

cup water      1-cup milk

1-tbsp. cocoa powder      1-tbsp. corn flour

1-tsp. butter or margarine.

 

Quick chocolate sauce:

1 big slab chocolate      1-tbsp. Butter

cup milk

 

 

PREPARATION:

Combine water and milk. Boil this mixture. Add sugar and butter. Blend cocoa and corn flour in cold water and add to the boiling mixture. Stir and boil for 2 minutes. Remove and let it cool. This sauce can be served over vanilla ice cream, warm or cold. If thick sauce is required, then add more corn flour.

 

Quick Chocolate Sauce:

Melt chocolate over a double layer boiler. Add milk and butter. Stir. Blend well and remove and serve warm. In case it cools, heat only on double boiler.
