RICE PANCAKE


 

INGREDIENTS:

2-cups cooked rice       cup chana dal flour

1-cup wheat flour      4 cup plain yogurt

ghee      salt

tsp. turmeric powder      2-tsp. red chili powder

2-tsp. sugar

 

 

PREPARATION:

Shift all the flours and mix the cooked rice. Smash it smooth. Add plain yogurt and mix all the other ingredients. Make it like a pancake batter by adding water if needed. Make the pancakes from this batter and serve warm with chutney or tomato sauce.
