Panjabi Garam Masala

INGREDIENTS:

    • 10 grams cinnamon
    • 25 grams cumin seeds
    • 10 grams bay leaf
    • 10-12 green cardamom
    • 5-6 black cardamom
    • 10 grams coriander seeds

PREPARATION:

Roast all the ingredients separately. When cool grind. Shift them and fill in bottle. Use only after green masalas.
