Afghani Dhamaka


    • 1/2 kilo cabbage
    • 100 grams peas
    • Salt
    • 2-tbsp. green chili paste
    • 1/2-cup coriander leaves
    • Chop cabbage. Mix all other ingredients and make a thick batter. Make pakodas and fry in oil.

For the Gravy:

    • 1 tomato
    • 2-tbsp. oil
    • 1/2-tbsp. Butter
    • 1-tsp. red chili powder
    • 1-tbsp. sambhar masala
    • 1-tsp. pav-bhaji masala
    • 1-tsp. cumin seeds
    • red gravy
    • 1 drop red color
    • 100 grams paneer
    • 2-tsp. sugar
    • fresh cream


Mix oil and butter in a pot. Add cumin seeds. Mix chopped tomato, red chili powder, 2-masalas and red gravy. Boil for 5 minutes. Mix color.

Serve pakodas in a plate. Add sugar, boiled peas, grated paneer and cream.
