Celery Dips

INGREDIENTS:

    • 3-4 – cups corn chips
    • 10-12 stems of celery
    • 1-cup cilantro (coriander) leaves
    • 2-green chilies
    • 3-tsp. Sugar
    • 1 1/2-tsp. lime juice
    • 2-tbsp. Vinegar
    • salt

PREPARATION:

Wash and chop celery stems and cilantro (coriander) leaves. Mix all the other ingredients in the mixer. It can be served with corn chips or also used as chutney with Monaco biscuits (Ritz Crackers).
