Rice Pancakes

INGREDIENTS:

    • 2-cups cooked rice
    • 1/2 cup chana dal flour
    • 2-tsp. sugar
    • 1-cup wheat flour
    • 4 cup plain yogurt
    • ghee
    • salt
    • 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
    • 2-tsp. red chili powder

PREPARATION:

Shift all the flours and mix the cooked rice. Smash it smooth. Add plain yogurt and mix all the other ingredients. Make it like a pancake batter by adding water if needed. Make the pancakes from this batter and serve warm with chutney or tomato sauce.
