For the Butter icing:
Shift all-purpose flour, baking powder and cocoa powder. Mix margarine to the shifted flour, add sugar and mix water. Knead the flour to puri-like consistency.
Dust the roller and roll out 1/4 inch thickness chapati. Spread a little sugar and roll again. Cut them with bon-bon biscuit cutter. Grease and dust oven tray. Arrange in the oven tray and keep them 2 inches apart. Make holes with fork. Baked in oven for 15-20 minutes at 350 degree F. When cool apply butter icing in between the two biscuits.
