50 grams tamarind 150
grams dates
100 grams brown sugar 2
tbsp. Cumin seeds
2 tbsp. Red chili powder
½ tsp. Black salt
Salt
PREPARATION:
Take tamarind, dates and brown sugar and boil for 2 minutes and
remove. Cool and grind and shift the juice. Add salt, cumin seeds powder and red
chili powder, salt and black salt and mix well. This chutney can be served with
dhokla ½ kachori ½ panipuri ½ bhel etc.
