2-cups cream of wheat 3 cups buttermilk
1-tsp. urad dal 1-tsp. lemon juice
4 green chilies, curry leaves 1/4 cup grated coconut
1/2-cup coriander leaves, salt oil OR ghee.
In a pot take oil, ghee and saut� urad dal. Add chopped green
chilies and curry leaves. Add buttermilk. Boil it. Mix sugar, salt and lemon
juice. Add cream of wheat while stirring continuously. When the mixture
separates from the sides, add a little ghee and mix well. Serve with grated
coconut, coriander leaves and chopped tomatoes.
