ICE-CREAM CAKE DESERT

INGREDIENTS :

500 grams sponge cake                500 grams strawberry ice cream

500 grams pistachio ice cream      1 tin strawberry

200 grams fresh cream                 1-cup chocolate sauce

5-6 pistachio

PREPARATION :

Take a round sponge cake and divide it into three parts. In a glass bowl take one part of cake. Spread strawberry ice cream over it and Mix few finely chopped strawberries.

Put second part of the cake over it. Melt a little pistachio ice cream and mix chopped pistachio. Pour on the cake.

Keep the third part of the cake over it. Whip cream and mix finely chopped strawberry pieces. Spread on the cake. Pour chocolate sauce over it.

Keep the prepared desert in the freezer

FOR CHOCOLATE SAUCE:

1-1/2-cups milk      �-cup water

4 tbsp. Sugar         1 tbsp. Corn flour

1 tsp. Butter           1 tbsp. Cocoa powder

 

In a pot take milk and water. Boil it and add sugar and butter. Dissolve cocoa powder and corn flour in a little water and mix with the boiling water. Stir and bring to two boils. Remove and the chocolate sauce should be ready.
