POLO DOSA

INGREDIENTS

1/2-cup dry coconut,      grated,

3 tbsp. poppy seeds,       1/4-cup cashew nut pieces,

20-25 raisin,      3 tbsp. powdered sugar,

3-4 almond granules,      2-3 pistachio granules,

 2-tsp. cardamom powder.

PREPARATION:

Mix all the ingredients. Make plain dosa and spread the masala over it and fold it and serve.
