5 large bell peppers
1 1/2-cup boiled rice
2 tomatoes
1 1/2-cup boiled spaghetti
1-cup cilantro (coriander) leaves salt
2-tbsp. red chilies
2-tbsp. chili sauce
3 cup white sauce
(1 1/2-cup grated cheese)
2-tsp. butter2-cup milk)
2-cup tomato sauce
6 tbsp. Oil
pepper powder
salt.
Keep bell peppers into the cold water for 2
minutes. Cut into half and remove the seeds.
Mix spaghetti, cooked rice, tomato pieces, salt,
chili powder, chili sauce and coriander leaves. Stuff the bell pepper halves
with this mixture. Apply 3 tbsp. oil to an oven tray. Arrange stuffed bell
peppers in the oven tray. Mix white sauce and tomato sauce. Add pepper powder
and salt and mix. Spread this sauce on the bell peppers. Sprinkle the grated
cheese and the butter. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 F. Serve warm after 5 minutes.
