KHUBSURAT

INGREDIENTS:

400 grams muscati date,      100 grams mava (ricota cheese),

100 grams cashew nut,      25 grams walnut,

25 grams almond,      25 grams pistachio,

 6-7 cardamom's powder,      2 tbsp. Nutmeg powder,

5 tbsp. Sugar,      1-cup dry coconut, grated,

2 tbsp. Milk,      1 tbsp. Ghee ,

1 1/2-cup water,      1/2-cup sugar.

PREPARATION:

Take dates and remove the seeds.

Make cashew nut and walnut into powder. Chop almond, pistachio, into small pieces.

In a pot take dates and add milk. Heat for 10 minutes and remove. When cool mash it with hands.

In another pot take mava (ricota cheese), add ghee and roast for 3-4 minutes. Add cashew-nut powder, walnut powde4r, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, 5 tbsp. Powdered sugar, pieces of almond and pistachio. Mix and make small balls.

Take mashed dates in the palm and shape it like a puri. Fill with the small ball filling. Cover and make round balls.

In a pot mix sugar and water and boil for 1-tar consistency. Dip each ball in the sugar syrup and roll in the grated coconut. Cover them in butter paper and serve.
