FIG-WALNUT ICE-CREAM
INGREDIENTS:

quart milk
8 tbsp. sugar
1-tsp. Butter
2-tsp. corn flour
200
grams cream
�-tsp. vanilla extract
50
grams walnut pieces 50 grams dry fig pieces.
PREPARATION:
Boil
milk in a pot. Mix corn flour in cold milk. When the milk boils add
this milk. Boil for two more minutes. Add extract, sugar and cream.
Put this mixture in airtight container and keep in the freezer for
5-6 hours. Remove and melt. Soak the fig pieces in the warm milk for
1 hour. Blend the fig and mix with the melted ice cream. Add walnut
pieces and freeze for 5-6 hours again.
