CREAM-CENTER CHOCOLATE
INGREDIENTS
8 tbsp. Icing
sugar 4 tbsp. Cashew nut powder
4 tbsp. Milk
powder 2 drops red color
3 drops vanilla
extract
PREPARATION:
Shift icing
sugar and milk powder for 2-3 times. Mix cashew nut powder and
knead the dough with a little water. Divide the dough into two
parts.
in one part add
red color and vanilla extract. Leave the other part as white. In
between the two plastic roll out first white part and then roll
out color part. Keep the white part on color part and roll it. Cut
them into pieces. Leave to dry for 24 hours. Dip it in the
chocolate coating and leave to dry on butter paper.
