Corn- cobs
1 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. corn flour
1-cup milk
pepper powder
salt
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp.
Ajinomoto 1 tsp. white vinegar
Note: 1 tin
cream style corn and 4 cups water can be used instead of corn-
cobs.
PREPARATION:
Grate corn and add water and boil in pressure cooker. Remove and
strain through a soup strainer (in tin corn, open the tin and add
water and boil.). Dissolve corn flour in milk and add butter to
soup and boil for 10 minutes. Add salt, pepper, ajinomoto and
vinegar.
Serve with chilly sauce, Soya sauce and green chilies (finely cut
and add to the vinegar mixed with water).
