INGREDIENTS:
2 corn cobs 1-tsp. green chili paste
1-tsp. black masala 1-tsp. red chili powder
1-tsp. turmeric powder
1-tsp. coriander seeds powdered 2 tomatoes
ghee � cup coriander leaves
8-9 cashew-nuts
PREPARATION:
Cut corncobs into half and boil in a pressure cooker. Remove boiled
corn seeds. In a frying pan melt ghee. Saut� green chili add black masala, red
chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander seed powder and tomatoes. Cook to
make the gravy. Add boiled corn seeds and cashew-nuts. You can add cream also.
Serve warm.
CORN PAPER DOSA
INGREDIENTS:
100 grams urad dal flour 100 grams corn cobs
2 green chili 50 grams plain yogurt
salt tomato sauce
oil
PREPARATION:
Grate corn or grind corn seeds. Grind chilies with it. Add grams
flour, salt, plain yogurt and warm water to form into a liquid batter.
Spread oil on the griddle and spread batter like paper dosa. Fry on both the
sides until crispy.
Serve warm with the chutney and tomato sauce.
