COCONUT  BISCUIT

INGREDIENTS:

350 grams all-purpose flour,      1/2-tsp. baking powder,

200 grams margarine,      200 grams powder sugar,

160 grams coconut powder,       4 tsp. water.

PREPARATION:

Shift all-purpose flour and baking powder.

Beat margarine and add a little sugar, all-purpose flour and cocoa powder and beat. Repeat till all the ingredients are used. Add water and knead the flour.

Grease and dust the baking tray. Prepare biscuit with the hand and leave in the tray 2 inches apart.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 400 degree F.
