COCONUT MILK ICE-CREAM
INGREDIENTS:

cups milk 1-cup milk
powder
1-cup water 13 tbsp.
Sugar
300
grams cream 1-cup fresh coconut.
PREPARATION:
Blend the coconut with a little water and strain to get the coconut
milk.
Mix
milk powder in one cup cold milk. Boil the remaining milk. Add
sugar, milk powder and coconut milk. Add cream and blend. Set in the
freezer for 3-4 hours.
Remove from the freezer and melt. Freeze again. Serve any time after
3-4 hours.
